The VoiceVault product caters for the sole proprietor and the small business. Simple to install and easy to use, this highly sophisticated voice recording system automatically records all telephone conversations onto your computer's hard disk drive. How? By connecting to a single telephone line, the unit makes it easy to interface with a single computer and to store the recorded audio data on a single hard drive.

FEATURES

The VOIJAVU™ VoiceVault:

• Logs all incoming and outgoing calls to your computer's hard drive
• Offers user-friendly software that can record in one of three ways:
  • Manually. The user manually selects which calls to record.
  • Via VOX. When the system detects voice, it begins recording.
  • Automatically. Using a unique voltage detection unit, the system begins recording automatically as soon as the telephone is off-hook and stops recording when the handset is replaced.
• Allows calls to be listened to by other (pre-approved) network users, while in progress
• Records all calls with a date- and time-stamp
• Measures the duration of calls
• Records the number dialled using DTMF tones
• Contains a built-in playback interface
• Stores calls in .wav and MP3 format, enabling playback on any PC using Windows Media Player
• Maintains a call log, so as to make basic price calculations
• Offers a wide choice of audio compression codecs to suit every need
• Is capable of storing 2 400 hours of recordings on a 20GB drive
