OVERVEIW

The VOIJAVU™ VL301 is a PC-based telephone voicerecording system, ideal for the small- to medium-sized business and for companies wishing to use voice logging in certain departments or on specific extensions. Cost-effective and easy to use, the VOIJAVU™ VL301 offers all of the features and functions you'd expect from a more expensive product. For a start, you can have up to 48 telephone lines recording simultaneously per computer and the modular architecture of the system allows it to grow with your company, four lines at a time. You can also reliably manage your telephone system for quality assurance, verification purposes and protection from customer liability.

  • Deleting off Calls from Database.
• Offers superior organization of data with uniquely definable filter/search functions.
• Is compatible with all PABX's and Analogue Premicell units (Cell routers)
• Is compatible with all Microsoft Operating Systems
• Connects to any Pentium platform Server/PC exceeding Intel PII 300Mhz with 128MB Ram (Windows XP - 256mb Ram).
• Is designed in modules of four.
• Is shipped with Server and Client Software, enabling users to listen to conversations on their local PCs, provided that the VOIJAVU™ Server PC is on the same workgroup/domain.
  
• Is capable of storing over 7 500 hours of recording, using as little as 200GB of hard drive space.
  
• Has security features including:
  • Full username and password access control in client and server software
  • Comprehensive e-mail notification of user actions and system performance
  • Remote retrieval of recordings with username and password only
