OVERVEIW

The VOIJAVU™ PRI/E1 telephone voice logging system is a trunk side recorder, able to log all incoming and outgoing calls from all extensions operating through the ISDN PRI/E1 line. Multiple ISDN PRI/E1 lines can be connected to the VOIJAVU™ PRI server, enabling you to record from 30 ISDN PRI/E1 channels, to 210-plus channels. This solution is ideal for medium- to large-size companies.

• Is a true 'server-based' product, able to ensure the integrity and high security of recorded audio data
• Records all incoming and outgoing calls via ISDN PRI/E1
• Records all calls with a date- and time-stamp
  Is capable of storing approximately 30,000 hours of recorded conversation per 200GB of hard drive space, using data compression at 2K bits/s
• Uses database architecture and multiple search fields to simplify call retrieval:
  • Incoming or Outgoing Call, Trunk Line
  • Caller (CLi)
  • Number Called (DTMF)
  • Duration
  • Date or Time
  • Extension Name/Number, Department
  • Reference and Comment
• Allows playback of calls from the server or from remote workstations [LAN, WAN or Virtual Private Network (VPN, e.g., Vodafone 3G)]
• Enables live listening to calls in progress
• Ensures quality control. You can enter prefix comments to evaluate every call, with markers like 'agent swearing', 'client swearing', 'fraudulent transaction', 'private call', etc.
• Allows the tracing of a call from one extension to another, when integrated with a PABX (e.g., Auto Attend -> Reception -> ext. 2055 (Sales) -> ext. 2069 (Support)
• Enables auto-archiving to a local back-up device or remote device
• Converts calls into a format that can be e-mailed and globally accessed
• Offers a 'virtual folder', into which multiple calls can be selected and stored, for burning to CD/DVD or e-mailing
• Can be set up to record:

  • Has superb security features, according to which:
    • All calls are automatically recorded. Being server-based, as opposed to workstation-based, the VOIJAVU™ BRI means that users cannot unplug a cable or choose not to record a certain call.
    • There is password-protected access control to audio data and system administration.
    • A detailed system log shows all activities on the server system, even changes the administrator has made in terms of added users, set privileges and the like.
    • There are e-mail and SMS functions in place, to correspond with the person responsible for the system.
    • Access levels, profile settings and user rights can be set to individual requirements.
